The restaurant is set in elegant surroundings and through the glazed façade looks out onto the fabulous Porto Arabia’s circular shaped Marina. Inside the traditional Argentinean atmosphere welcomes you with earthy toned colours, stylishly uplifted by modern chic elements. The mood is completed by live music provided by our very own pianist. Unique to Patagonia and to Qatar is the large open Asador grill at the centre of the restaurant where guests can enjoy the live cooking of “Cabrito” the roast baby goat, on the open charcoal fire accompanied with bread freshly prepared in a special wood fired brick oven. 

Commenting on the unveiling of the new restaurant, Mr. Saeed bin Abdulla Al Misnad, Chairman of Dolphin Holding said, “Patagonia is a home born concept, not a franchise. I have always been impressed with the diversity of the Argentinean cuisine and the distinctive taste of its grass fed beef.  This is what inspired us to create a novel culinary concept which aims at setting new standards in fine dining. We are positive that Patagonia will carve a niche for serving the authentic Argentinean cuisine.”
